About the Budapest BI Forum Session - Storytelling & Power BI

The session presented addresses the issue that designing a report that will be viewed and used by different audiences can be challenging.

You want to present information in a way that is actionable, informative, and visually appealing. At the same time, users across an organization often have diverse requirements and varying levels of Power BI experience. For instance, some users may need detailed information displayed across multiple dimensions, along with the ability to filter and drill through data. In contrast, others might only focus on high-level key performance indicators. Moreover, while some users enjoy exploring dashboards interactively to uncover specific details, others prefer the convenience of printing reports or quickly checking them on their phones for the most relevant insights.

To address these varied needs, this session will outline practical steps you can take to understand and meet the expectations of different audiences.
